It is my belief that I am uniquely well
qualified
as an Estate Manager Caretaker & Personal
Assistant. Many managers are well qualified in
the area of administration but are totally
deficient when it comes time to deal with real
and serious problems which require immediate,
hands-on intervention, and there is no one
readily available to help. It is almost uncanny
in the way break-downs and other problems seem
to
choose the late night or weekends or other
totally inconvenient times to happen! As a
professional engineer and consultant in the
trades as well, I have actually built houses
from
scratch and have actually performed electrical
and plumbing work at the professional level. I
have actually provided technical service for
automobiles and yachts and have competed in off-
shore ocean racing and cruising. Those managers
who do not have my broad formal education which
includes the humanities, high tech & actual
hands-
on work experience, reach for the telephone and
must wait and wait for a so-called expert to
respond to a situation. I am a manager who has
the capability and will to jump in, take charge
and get my hands dirty, even if I am wearing a
suit. True, I hope that such times will be
infrequent, but I do have the will and
determination to provide such excellent service,
and have demonstrated this on more than one
occasion while at Hidden House Estate. In
addition, I am a very loyal and devoted person
when it comes to my loved ones, friends and
worthy employers. Contact with my excellent
references, which I can provide, will bear this
out.
Another aspect of my diverse experience, is that
I have worked and traveled in England and parts
of Europe during a brief assignment for Bang-
Campbell Associates, Consulting Engineers and
