| Mature responsible gentleman (with significant
other who will move in later) seeking
long-term position as caretaker/property
manager. I have excellent current and written
references, computer literate, and have
management skills. I have over six years of
apartment managment and caretaking experience
(most in MN), but am seeking a warmer climate!
Caretaking skills include carpentry, plumbing,
some electrical, glass, locks, painting, minor
repairs, general cleaning. I have lawn
maintenance skills also. I also have over ten
years of office management and clerical, plus
six years of bookkeeping experience. I am
available to drive and/or deliveries. I am
available as housesitter or as pet sitter. (I
have had several pets--most recently a cat named
Sam - thirteen years old - who just died of old
age.) RIP. I am looking for caretaking or mgmt of
self storage/resort/campground/RV park/B &
B/motel or apt complex in exchange for housing
and salary.
Benefits would be nice also. I am very neat and
organized.

P.S. I am well-traveled, born and raised in the
Orient and Finland, and born a USA citizen. So I
am familiar with foreign cultures. Have been to
forty one states and twenty seven countries.
For any foreign management positions, I would
need the appropriate sponsorhip visa forms
filled out by you/your company. I do have a
passport now.
Most recent property mgmt position was as a
motel manager in the Tri Cities area, but want
to get out of eastern WA now. (Low pay and long
hours--mostly on-call hours got old fast!)
